Well its a new year....time to get busy and lose some weight! I managed to lose about 30 lbs last year and I hope to continue that this year. I'm hoping to lose at least 40 or so this year. This last year my hubby and looked at a bunch of different treadmills, picked one that was in our price range and was a good quality, bought it, and brought that sucker home! I used it for a long time, but the last month or so I've really slacked off, so I need to get my butt back on there. I also need to come up with some healthier meals and set some mini goals. Ugh so much to do.....all worth it in the end though! I hope everyone has a healthy, happy new year!
