Sure, Spongebob is a nice guy, he's funny, nice, sweet, generous, but I'm sick to death of him and his annoying laugh..lol! I think we've watched it like a million times too many. Which is why I'm considering getting a tv for my daughter's room. I was thinking a flat screen and use some plasma mounts and mount it on the wall, so I wouldn't have to worry about them knocking it over and breaking it. Then....they could go watch cartoons in the bedroom, and us adults could actually have some quiet. Oh and we might actually have a few brain cells left when all is said and done..lol! Seriously, I'm starting to feel like Patrick..hahaha!

I have got to get organized around here. I have stacks and stacks of papers sitting everywhere...and it's annoying the heck out of me. I need a better filing system, right now I have 1 box with files that are filled to the brim. It's not working so well..lol! So I think one of my goals this year is to get organized. Get all my papers in one spot, clean out the junk drawer, organize the pics on my laptop better...lots of things need done. I guess I'll just do them one at a time, it will take longer, but it might actually get done that way..lol! Any goals that you are hoping to achieve this year?

So, I've been trying to think of some things that can be done around the house to make it look better, and don't cost a fortune. Since some of the bigger projects like, redoing the bathroom, copper sinks, and trim work has been pushed to the back burner, but I can't think of anything. Well, I did want to replace the old yucky curtains in the living room. I even bought a nice new curtain rod, but couldn't find curtains that I liked. So, maybe I'll have to look for those again...I'm sure there's new stuff out by now. I also want to get a new rug for the living room, and a new bedding set. Well, I guess that's a start huh? lol!

I swear if I survive parenting my children it's going to be a miracle. They are driving me bonkers! Not listening, running, yelling....I feel like I live in a zoo...lol! Luckily for me they are getting a bath in a few minutes and going to bed! Thank goodness! Finally some peace and quiet. It's amazing how tired and stressed you can get just from listening to the them..lol! I love em, but good grief..you need a break sometimes. That's when I lock myself in the bathroom for 15 minutes..hahahha.....hey! It helps! try it! LOL!

I can't remember if I've mentioned it before or not, but my niece is graduating this year....wow do I feel old...lol! I was talking to her the other day and she was talking about ordering her photo graduation invitations and it hit me that she was really graduating...wow..time flies..lol! Before you know my little ones will be graduating, that's scary to think about. I know it's going to happen, but it's crazy to think about...lol! They grow up so fast!

Well its a new year....time to get busy and lose some weight! I managed to lose about 30 lbs last year and I hope to continue that this year. I'm hoping to lose at least 40 or so this year. This last year my hubby and looked at a bunch of different treadmills, picked one that was in our price range and was a good quality, bought it, and brought that sucker home! I used it for a long time, but the last month or so I've really slacked off, so I need to get my butt back on there. I also need to come up with some healthier meals and set some mini goals. Ugh so much to do.....all worth it in the end though! I hope everyone has a healthy, happy new year!

So the last few weeks it seems like everyone around my house has been sick, except my husband. He apparently has some kind of super human immune system. He never gets sick, it's kind of annoying almost. Everyone is finally feeling well, so I am thinking a trip out as a family would be fun. I'd like to take the kids and go to the mall, so they can play at the playland(ya know the playland that is probably a hot steaming pile of germs...yeah that one...LOL). So, needless to say I'm a little nervous. I do have a bunch promotional hand sanitizers that I got at a party, so those will definitely be going with us. Hopefully we can have a fun day out, and come home illness free....wish us luck! lol!

Well it is now 2010!!! I can't believe it. Time just flies by when you're having fun I guess. I am hoping that this next year will be a good one. I'm hoping to lose some weight(who isn't?), pay off some bills, get some stuff organized, and just have a fun year with my family. So here's to a great New Year for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
